Exhibition

The VIScon 2024 Exhibition takes place on the 12th of October, during the Symposium.

We are excited to bring you innovation and creativity, featuring both serious and fun projects from students, researchers, and industry professionals. Our exhibition is designed to be often interactive, allowing you to engage with the latest advancements in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or just someone's fun project or video game.

It is a much more informal part of the event, where you get to talk to people about their projects, and steps along the way.

When and where is the Exhibition taking place?

The Exhibition will be held on October 12th in the entrance hall of the ETH Zurich main building and starts at 12:00.

Who can attend the Exhibition?

The Exhibition is open to everyone interested in technology and innovation, including students, researchers, industry professionals, and the general public. However, you have to register on the VIS website, if you'd like to attend. Registrations will open soon.

When and where can I register?

The registration will open soon. You will be able to sign up on the VIS website.

How much does it cost?

The entry fee is 10 CHF. This is for the entire Symposium, including talks, workshops, food, and more. ;)

Who can exhibit at the Viscon Exhibition?

We welcome exhibits from students, researchers, and industry professionals who have innovative or fun projects in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or related fields.

How do I apply to be an exhibitor?

If you are interested in exhibiting your project, please send an email to symposium at vis.ethz.ch with details about your project and any specific requirements. The standard setup for an exihition stand is a backdrop, table and chairs, with power provided. We can additionally provide a TV (limited resource), game controllers, and more, on request.

Can I join the VIScon Committee?

We need your help to make VIScon an amazing experience. If you'd like to help, don't hesitate and contact us at viscon at vis.ethz.ch to join our team in the area of your choice (Operations, Symposium, Hackathon, Infrastructure, Marketing or Catering).
